Llano Art Gallery will host a demonstration of live drawing by Mason artist Dorrett Townsend on Monday.

Ms. Townsend has formal training and an extensive background in commercial art, public education and painting. She works in all media, including clay, jewelry, sculpture and found objects.

The public is invited to the hands-on workshop with a live artist's model. Bring drawing materials.

The event begins at 10 a.m., followed by a potluck meal at noon.

A donation of $5 will cover the demo and lunch.
