Lampasas County Farm Bureau Board of Directors met Oct. 14 for its monthly meeting.

The board welcomed Asa Langford as a new director.

Mickey Edwards was elected president. Other officers include Barney Groves, vice president; and Charlene Ruzicka, secretary.

Several board members and their spouses plan to attend the State Convention in Corpus Christi the first weekend in December.
