Dog & Cat Lovers of America announces that cash prizes are up for grabs in the 2008 Fall Cutest Pet Photo Contest.

Prizes include gift cards, trophies and $1,000 in cash.

Pet owners from the local area are welcome to enter to win a share of the prizes. Entry deadline is Sunday. The contest is open to everyone and entry is free.

The photo may contain one pet or several and may include different pet types in the same photo. There is a limit of one photo per household.

Entries can be submitted online at www.CutestPetContest .com, or send one photograph -- full color or black and white of any size -- to Dog & Cat Lovers Fall Contest, P.O. Box 4470, Olathe, KS 66063.

Photo entries must include photographer's name and address on the back.
