Colorado River CattleWomen made a donation recently of ground beef to the Lampasas Mission during the August/September food drive. Along with the meat donation, the group handed out brochures on "The Skinny on Ground Beef." The brochure contains information on understanding the ground beef label, tips for reducing fat, food-safety tips and two recipes containing ground beef.
