Kempner City Council will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers to discuss an ordinance establishing an Identity Theft Program, and to hear an annual review of the city's investment policy.

Mayor Gene Isenhour will give his monthly report, and citizens will have a time to give comments.
