The Arbor Day Foundation is offering two free give-a-tree cards to those who join the foundation during October.

Every give-a-tree card honors the recipient with a tree planted in one of the nation's forests. At the same time, give-a-tree cards help the environment by replanting trees in a forest that has been devastated by disease and record wildfires.

Each card is inscribed on the inside for the recipient.

Cards will be sent to new members in time for the holidays.
