Lampasas City Council will hold two public hearings Monday at 5:30 p.m. about annexation.

After the workshop session, the council will meet at 7 p.m. to discuss an agreement with Lampasas County for the use of voting equipment and an agreement with the county to share the cost of building and operating an animal control facility.
