The Badgers unveiled their newlook offense against Hendrickson once Mother Nature finally decided to let them. Lampasas tweaked its offense during the bye week and took to the field on Saturday afternoon sporting a wishbone formation and a new quarterback. Earlier, an unforeseen lighting storm forced officials to reschedule the game from Friday night. More ... The Lampasas tennis team proved it can overcome adversity. After falling behind 8-5, Lampasas rallied to take five of the final six matches, completing an impressive comeback and defeating Brownwood 10-9 on Saturday. Prior to the upset, Lampasas was winless against Brownwood. Now the team hopes to keep the trend of firsts continuing. More ... Nothing could slow Brandon Willie and the Badgers down. Willie scorched the course surrounding Lion's Park, including the steep incline awaiting runners just prior to the finish line, winning the individual gold medal and leading the Lampasas varsity boys' cross country team to first place overall at the Temple Invitational on Saturday.
