Church to crown royalty
Hannah Lee St. Mary Catholic Church's annual Fall Festival is Saturday and Sunday at 701 N. Key Ave. Festivities include vendors, children's activities, washer and horseshoe pitching contests, a silent auction and raffle.
On Sunday, food and games will be offered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A turkey dinner will be served Saturday from 4-8 p.m. for $7 per plate. Also Saturday, a washer pitching and horseshoe tournament will be held at the church beginning at noon.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Prizes will be presented to first-, second- and third-place winners.
A dance will be held Saturday from 6-10 p.m. behind the church, and a queen and a princess will be selected.
Donations can be made to each of their sponsors in the candidate's name or directly to the church.
Crowning is based on which candidate raises the most money for the church.

• Tristin Matchan, sponsored by Cecilia Salazar. She is the daughter of Jim and Rachel Matchan.
Emily Martinez • Stacie Olivarez, sponsored by her sister, Lydia Olivarez. She is the daughter of Victor and Pat Olivarez.
• Sara Jessica Seery, sponsored by her sister, Michaela Garza. She is the daughter of Dianne Seery and John Seery.
Princesses:
• Hanna Lee, sponsored by Nancy Lee. She is the daughter of Bill and Paula Lee.
• Emily Martinez, sponsored by Wanda Bunting. She is the daughter of Kevin and Sheila Martinez.
• Julian Jude (JJ) Medina, sponsored by Sally Dimas. She is the daughter of Fernie Medina and Danielle Wood.
• Isabel Ybarra, sponsored by Teresa Dimas. She is the daughter of Charlie and Marisa Ybarra.
