Waco's Animal Birth Control Clinic and the Waco Striders are teaming up to sponsor the 2008 Bow-Wow-Meow River Run on Oct. 4. The race benefits the clinic's Trap-Neuter-Return program intended to provide residents with an alternative to feral cat control.

Cost for the race is $18, and registration forms are available online.
