The city of Lampasas is offering two free events in October. On Oct. 4, Music on the Square, from 8-11 p.m., will feature The Sieker Band.

Bring a lawn chair and a beverage for an evening of Texas bluegrass music.

On Oct. 11, "Iron Man" will be showing for the Movie in the Park. The event begins around 7:30 p.m. at W.M. Brook Park.
