Rudy and Rachel Gill of Lampasas announce the birth of their son, Grant Grayson, born Aug. 21, 2008, at 4:09 p.m. at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple.

Upon arrival, Grant weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Rex and Suzanne Keele of Lampasas, Marsha Gill of Mesquite, and Rudy and Pat Gill Sr. of Brandon, Miss.

Great-grandparents are Joan Keele of Burnet, and O'Tomie Gill of Lampasas.
