Adamsville group plans end to celebration

Adamsville Heritage Association's Christmas Tour on Dec. 6 will end the 100-year celebration.

The event is set on the "strip" of Adamsville, U.S. Highway 281, with decorated homes to be included for several miles north and south of the intersection of 281 and FM 581 East.

Donations of multi-colored mini-lights are sought. Most homes will be decorated by its residents.

The celebration is a joint venture with the Adamsville Volunteer Fire Department. Any Heritage Association member will pick up lights when they travel to Lampasas.
