Jennifer Susan Glaze, 60, of Kempner, formerly of Killeen, died Sept. 8, 2008, at her residence.

Funeral services are Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. at Clear Creek Baptist Church in Kempner with Pastor Thomas Edwards officiating. Burial will be at the Killeen City Cemetery.

Mrs. Glaze was born June 18, 1948, in Abilene, the daughter of Kenneth and Desma Crowson Kimbler. From the age of 4, she was reared by her mother and stepfather, Harris Patterson.

She married Jerry Glaze on Oct. 18, 1963, in Abilene.

Mrs. Glaze was a Baptist. She enjoyed collecting rocks, swimming, ranching and participating in the family business.

Survivors include her husband of Kempner; a son, Steven Wayne Glaze and wife, Shawna, of Kempner; a daughter, Cathy Traweek and husband, Robin, of Kempner; a brother, Joe Patterson and wife, Jan, of Farmers Branch; eight grandchildren, Adam, Harrison, Cade, Brady, Jona, Robin, Lain, Trae and Alyssa; and three great-grandchildren, Trinity, Savannah and Jaylee.

The family requested memorials be made to Clear Creek Baptist Church, 3350 CR 2657, Kempner, TX 76539.
