The Area Agency on Aging of Central Texas will present Welcome to Medicare, an opportunity for Central Texans to learn more about Medicare benefits and health-care choices.

The free event is Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to noon at Central Texas Council of Governments, 2180 N. Main St., in Belton, conference room D9-B.
