A memorial service for Raymond Eugene Burr, 53, of Paragould, Ark., formerly of Lampasas, was held Aug. 30, 2008, at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Ark.

Mr. Burr died Aug. 27.

He was born Sept. 8, 1954, in Kennett, the son of Tommy "Red" and Rose Annette Fuller Burr.

Survivors include a son, Colter Burr, of Lometa; four daughters, Cheyenne Burr and Cristopher Brister and husband, Camron, both of Lometa, and Amy Burr and Lisa Fudge, both of Wichita Falls; two sisters and their husbands, Rose Ann and Jimmy Parrish, of Lafe, Ark., and Judy and Rick Guillot, of Paragould; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
