The Badgers' 2007 season seemed to take an eternity. For 10 winless games last year, time virtually stood still for the coaches, players and fans of the Lampasas High School varsity football team. SOCCER The Lampasas Soccer Association has openings for players on its U19 girls' team and its coed U12 and U14 teams. The association also is trying to recruit players to form a U19 boys' team and a U16 team -- which will be either a girls' squad or a coed team. More ... The Lady Badger Volleyball Booster Club will host Dessert Night on the Court Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Bozarth-Fowler Gymnasium.
