Michael Hardy Michael A. Hardy was awarded a master of science degree in earth and environmental sciences from the University of Texas at San Antonio at the end of the summer 2008 session.

Hardy did his undergraduate work at Angelo State University in San Angelo, receiving a bachelor of science degree in chemistry in May 2002.

He plans to begin work on his doctorate at Montclair State University in New Jersey in the fall.

Hardy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Les Hardy and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Hardy, all of Lometa.
