Central Texas College will conduct new student orientation sessions on Aug. 22 and Aug. 29. Both sessions will begin at 9 a.m. in the Nursing and Science Building (bldg. 150), room 1075.

Incoming freshmen and other new students are encouraged to attend one of the sessions.

The first day of class for the fall semester will be Aug. 25.

Representatives from many different campus services will be on hand to relay information and answer questions about campus policies and procedures, campus clubs and organizations, student government and campus events.

New students also will learn about the numerous services available including the library, substance abuse resource center, guidance and counseling, the campus bookstore and other important information to make the transition to life at CTC much easier.

Returning students who seek more information about campus life also are welcome to attend.
