Zachary and Shana Vineyard The Maison Louisiane in Natchitoches, La., was the setting for the July 4, 2008, garden wedding of Shana Marie Garza and Zachary Lynn Vineyard.

The bride is the daughter of Tensia Ramirez and Rudy Garza, both of Lampasas.

A traditional meal of Louisiana cuisine was served following the ceremony.

The groom's parents, Ronnie and Sydna Vineyard of Lampasas, hosted a prenuptial dinner for the families on July 3.

The couple married on the wedding date of the groom's late maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Montgomery.

Other grandparents include Lucia Ybarra and the late Antonio Ybarra and Lillian Pesina, all of Lampasas; Albert Garza of Fort Collins, Colo.; and Mr. and Mrs. James Vineyard of Kress.

Brothers of the couple, Rudy Garza and Syd Vineyard, served as witnesses for the ceremony.

The couple both hold post graduate degrees from Texas Tech University.

The bride is a supervisor with the Children's Protective Services for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

The groom is southern field manager for Packers Chemical, Inc., based in Kieler, Wisc.

The couple will make Lampasas their home in the near future.
