Retired Col. Walter Prugh presents Freida Holland with a knife sent from Afghanistan by his son, retired Col. David Prugh. The gift, presented at a recent Lampasas County Conservative Club event, honored Mrs. Holland for sending numerous care packages to soldiers and for providing other support for military families.
