The Kiwanis Club of Lampasas is offering its Stay In or Return to College Scholarship Program for 2008.

All applicants must have completed at least one year of college.

Applications are available at the Lampasas Independent School District Administration Building, 207 W. Eighth St.; the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce office, 205 S. U.S. Highway 281; or the law offices of Martin & Millican, 512 E. Fourth St.

Applications must be returned to the law office by Aug. 18.
