Despite playing with just three players, the Lampasas Summer Volleyball team of Jontell Ritz, Kassie Carpenter and Sarah Bishop won two matches in the Rockdale 4x4 League Thursday night.

With Bishop's younger sister, Nola, keeping the team hydrated and fired up, the trio rallied to beat Rockdale 20-25, 25-15, 25-21 in the first match and 25-10, 25-22 in the second.

The Rockdale League Finals Tournament is scheduled for Thursday night at 6 p.m.

The scoring system for Thursday's finals will change. Round one will see the teams play to 21 points.

In round two, they'll play to 25, and in the final two rounds, the teams will play to 30.
