      The report from the July 9 sale at Lampasas Cattle Auction is as follows. Cattle and calves: Estimated receipts 999. Compared to two weeks ago, feeder steers and heifers $2-$3 higher; slaughter cows $1-$2 higher; slaughter bulls $2-$5 higher. Trade and demand good.
