Colorado River CattleWomen participated in Ag Day at Kline Whitis just prior to the end of the school year. The group gave a presentation to students on ZIP -- zinc, iron and protein from beef. They handed out samples of beef jerky. Teachers were presented a bag with activity booklets for students, recipes and educational information for the classroom from the Texas Beef Council.
