New student registration and orientation for the 2008-09 term at Lampasas High School will be as follows.

Aug. 11: new 11th- and 12thgraders.

Aug. 12: new 9th- and 10thgraders.

Both sessions will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the high school library.

Aug. 20: freshman orientation., 1:30-4:30 p.m., main lobby.

Late registration is from 5-7 p.m. in the library.

Registration is only for students new to the district. Students who did not attend the Lampasas ISD or did not complete the 2007-08 school year should plan to attend registration.

Bring a Social Security card, shot record, withdrawal form and a copy of the student's birth certificate. Photo identification must be shown in person.

Parents or guardians must be on record as such to view a student's high school records.

Students and parents are asked not to call the office or stop by for schedules, nor will they be given by phone or email.

Schedules will be handed out the first day of school Aug. 25.
