Lampasas City Council will meet in executive session Monday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. The regular session begins at 7 p.m. Agenda items include a contract change order for Hanna Springs Swimming Pool, a public hearing about items to be included in the 2008-09 budget and the second reading of an ordinance establishing animal control fees.
