The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials.

July 2

-- Nancy Marie Horne, 28, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She posted bond and was released from the Lampasas County Jail the same day.

-- Gary Wendell Welch, 55, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated. He was still in jail at press time Thursday morning.

June 30

-- Alfonso Romeo Billings, 19, of Marble Falls for theft of property over $50 and under $500; theft of property under $50; failure to appear; and motion to adjudicate. He remained in jail Thursday morning.

-- Charles Jonathan Maze, 23, of Kempner on a Coryell County warrant for burglary of a habitation. He bonded out Wednesday.

June 29

-- Peggy Elaine Jezek, 52, of Waco for driving while intoxicated. She posted bond Monday.

-- Jacqueline Renee Crumley, 28, of Brownwood for purchase/furnish alcohol to a minor; two counts of failure to appear; expired registration; expired motor vehicle insurance; and bond forfeiture for theft by check out of Travis County. She posted bond and was released the same day.

-- Marcos B. Perez, 39, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. He made bond Tuesday.

June 28

-- Ramiro Canales Jr., 36, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and possession of a dangerous drug. Bond was made Tuesday.

-- Nibario Lopez Franco, 38, of Round Rock for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out the same day.

-- Rufus Roy Michum Jr., 56, of Waco for driving while intoxicated with an open container. Bond was made the same day.

June 26

-- Dylan Wayne Brinkley, 27, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He bonded out June 27.

-- Heidi Jean Peck-Taylor, 25, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated. She posted bond the same day.

-- Randi Cheree Smithson, 22, of Riverside, Calif., for assault causing bodily injury. She was still in jail Thursday morning.

June 25

-- Anthony Richard Evans, 48, of Lampasas for assault on a public servant; driving while intoxicated; evading arrest or detention; and resisting arrest or search. He posted bond June 26.

June 23

-- Dinah Louise Davis, 44, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She made bond the same day.

June 22

-- Casey Eugene Moffitt, 31, of Lampasas for resisting arrest or search and public intoxication. He made bond on the first charge and paid a fine for the second charge. Moffitt was rearrested Wednesday for public intoxication and was released the same day after paying a fine.

-- Juan Bernardo Montoya, 20, of San Saba for driving under the influence by a minor. He bonded out the same day.

June 21 -- Jose Martinez Alvarez, 48, of Houston for driving while intoxicated. Bond was made the same day.

-- Justin Tyler Hendricks, 21, of Killeen for driving while intoxicated. He posted bond the same day.

-- Daniel Calber Gerhart, 20, of Dublin for driving while intoxicated and several charges of failure to appear. He was released June 22 after posting bond.

-- Elpidio Garcia Martinez, 23, of San Saba for driving while intoxicated. He was released June 30 for time served.

-- Ronnie Nevarez, 28, of Johnson City for driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day.

June 20

-- Jesse Carl Aughe, 25, of Horseshoe Bay for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He remained in the county jail Thursday morning.

-- Jonathan Thomas Benavidez, 20, of San Saba for minor in possession of alcohol and assault causing bodily injury. He posted bond June 21.

-- Randy Hartsell Bennett, 46, of Carlton for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out June 21.

-- Kelep Christopher Bessent, 17, of Richland Springs for driving under the influence by a minor and no driver's license. He made bond June 21.

-- Joseph Howard Farr, 20, of Copperas Cove for evading arrest with a vehicle and theft by check out of Coryell County. He made bond June 27.

June 19

-- Ty Brooks McCoy, 17, of Lampasas for theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000. He made bond June 23.
