Seminar covers customer service

The Texas State Small Business Development Center is offering a seminar on customer service.

Leaders in today's rapidly changing business world have determined there is more to success than catchy advertising campaigns, perceptive product positioning and shrewd market share pricing strategies. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to meet and exceed customers' needs and to retain loyal customers.

Customer Service -- a Strategic Advantage, will be presented Jan. 23 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Round Rock Higher Education Center, 1555 University Blvd., Round Rock.

Reservations must be made in advance, but payment can be made at the door by cash or check.

The seminar will help identify and develop skills that are essential in providing effective customer service that differentiates organizations in the market place.
