Funeral services for Markee Lea Benson, 55, of Lampasas are Dec. 29, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Miss Benson died Dec. 25 at Rollins Brook Community Hospital.

She was born March 18, 1952, in Burnet, the daughter of James Robert and Elizabeth Jo (Betty) Maddox Benson.

Survivors include her parents.
