Lampasas County Grand Jury hands down indictments The Lampasas County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments against 12 persons in its most recent term. The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of: • Clay Cory Havins, 40, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Oct. 28. • Michael Lane Henderson, 44, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Oct. 26. • Scott Schowalter, 38, for theft of a firearm, on Oct. 18. • Dwayne Harlan Camp, 37, for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on Nov. 8. • Steven Eugene Daulton, 48, for forgery, on Nov. 8. • Jana Terese Hernandez, 30, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on April 4 and April 20. • Esmeralda Sanchez, 21, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on April 4 and April 20. The Major Crimes Assistance Unit presented one case that resulted in the indictment of Sontaya Pelletier Vrankovich, 19, for theft, on Sept. 22. The Lampasas County Sheriff's Department presented cases that resulted in indictments against: • Scott Anthony Gunn, 36, for sexual assault of a child, on Nov. 3. • Adam Blake Hobill, 28, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Nov. 1. • George Gail Minga, 38, for forgery, on Nov. 8. The Lampasas County Attorney's office presented one case with an indictment returned against Joe Harvey Hardin, 37, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Nov. 19. |
