Exchange club looks to form
The National Exchange Club, a service organization comprised of some 1,000 clubs and 30,000 members across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, is starting a new club in the Lampasas area.
Exchange Club members have the opportunity to develop personal and business leadership skills and network with other members while completing service projects that benefit the community.
Activities that new members can be involved in include helping to prevent child abuse by distributing informational literature; awarding scholarships to youth; participating in crime-prevention projects; and Americanism projects.
Exchange Clubs are encouraged to develop projects that meet the unique needs of their local community.
