Excellent service provided by staff

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the Animal Health Center of Lampasas for the excellent service provided me during November.

I took my seeing-eye dog to New Zealand, and that required a multitude of tests and treatments because of their strict biosecurity laws. Each procedure had to be undertaken at a specific time before the month that travel commenced.

From the first telephone inquiry, the staff at the center were quite courteous and attentive. Not once did I feel rushed with my explanations of the importing process. They also answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge. If they did not know an answer, the staff made sure an answer was forthcoming. If there were questions or problems relating to this very complex process, the staff made sure I was made aware of these in a prompt manner.

My seeing-eye dog is a key part of my independence, so I am grateful for all the care they took.
