Court handles light agenda

A short docket was handled in Judge Joe Carroll's 27th District Courtroom.

Kaci Dawn Henry, 26, of Kempner was granted shock probation. She was given eight years' probation and must complete a Substance Abuse Felony Program or inpatient drug treatment program. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Mary Lou Plumley, 46, is expected to enter a plea on Feb. 8 for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

On a charge of illegal dumping, disposal, John Ebon Woodruff, 33, is set for a Jan. 4 arraignment.

Raymond Smith, 18, of Lampasas is set to enter a plea Jan. 4 for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.
