Appraisal district board to have Thursday meeting

The Lampasas County Appraisal District Board of Directors will meet Thursday at 6 p.m. at the appraisal office, 109 E. Fifth St.

Agenda items include appointment of an Appraisal Review Board member, and canvassing ballots for board of directors members for 2008-09.

Board members plan to go into executive session to deliberate the evaluation of the chief appraiser.

A report by the chief appraiser will then be given.
