Coleman earns SCAC honor

Lampasas High School graduate Chris Coleman was named an honorable mention on the All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Team.

Coleman, a junior wide receiver, helped Trinity advance to the NCAA Division II playoffs with a 9-2 record, a No. 13 national ranking and a share of the conference title.

On the season, Coleman caught 51 passes for 840 yards and four touchdowns, finishing second on the team in all three categories.
