The Cross Country Band to appear in concert

The Cross Country Band will be in concert Sunday at 5 p.m. at School Creek Baptist Church, 13 miles northeast of Lampasas on CR 3420 between Rumley and Izoro.
The six-member group -- hailing from various points in Texas -- is anxious to share the gospel with their audience.
BT Rhodes from Granbury plays rhythm and lead guitar, mandolin, lead vocal and harmony, and Ike Mercer of Mineral Wells plays rhythm guitar, mandolin, lead vocals and harmony.
Kaye Tolson of Stephenville plays bass guitar and sings lead vocal and adds high harmony, while Todd Early of Austin plays rhythm guitar, sings lead and adds bass for four-part harmony.
Ryan Hurt of Burleson is a keyboard player, vocalist and songwriter, and Larry Harkins of Tolar is a lead guitar player, vocalist and songwriter.
The public is invited to attend. A covered dish meal will follow the concert. Bring a favorite dish to share.
