The American Society of Agriculture Appraisers will offer a Personal Property Appraisal Seminar in Dallas/Fort Worth Dec. 5-9.

The seminar is designed for those who desire to enter the livestock, farm equipment and/or horse appraisal field, and for those already doing ag personal property appraisals.

Seminar topics include principles of appraising, methods for determining value, methods for adjusting value differences between subject properties and their comparable properties, how to write three types of appraisal reports used by all professional appraisers and more.
