Lampasas County Grand Jury returns indictments The Lampasas County Grand Jury handed down indictments in its most recent term. The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of: • Isreal Garcia, 32, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Oct. 13. • James Craig Groves, 37, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Aug. 18. • Shawn Christopher Holland, 30, for hindering a secured creditor, on Aug. 25. • Phillip Owen Jackson, 26, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Sept. 11. • Jonathan O'Neal Valentine, 27, for theft, on March 28. • Rodney Joel Key, 50, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Aug. 21. • John William Null Jr., 33, for sex offender's duty to register, on Oct. 7. • Holli Elise Ricketts, 42, for forgery, on Jan. 28. • Earnest Harold Smiley, 57, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Aug. 7. The Major Crimes Assistance Unit presented cases that resulted in the following indictments: • Clarence Ray Biddy, 54, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on Jan. 22. • Rachel Ann Byrd, 31, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on Sept. 27. • Mark Evan Lancaster, 47, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on July 28. • James Kelly Loiseau, 23, for possession of a controlled substance, on Aug. 27. • Duane Cole Myers, 45, for possession of a controlled substance, on June 6. • Elisha Ann Nelson, 20, for possession of a controlled substance, on Oct. 16. • Michael James Odneal-Ybarra, 18, for delivery of a dangerous drug, on Oct. 4. The Lampasas County Sheriff's Department also presented cases that resulted in indictments against: • Dude Edward Beabout, 50, for theft, on Sept. 17. • Paul Brian Crawford, 21, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, on Oct. 18. • Joseph Howard Farr, 20, for evading arrest with a vehicle, on Oct. 4. • Nicholas Darrell Harvin, 26, for possession of a controlled substance, on Sept. 22. • Ali Hussein Ibrahim, 18, for graffiti, public monument, on Sept. 4. • Mark Anthony Lujan, 30, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, on Aug. 19. • Douglas Lynn McGuffey, 21, for possession of a controlled substance, on Oct. 15. • Amy Jo Pitcher, 39, for possession of a controlled substance, on Aug. 13. In cases presented by the Texas Department of Public Safety, indictments were handed down against Daniel Ryan Anderson, 24, for two counts of intoxicated assault, on Sept. 28. The Lampasas County Attorney's office presented cases that resulted in indictments against: • Terry Jay Crosby, 36, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Aug. 6. • Ted Paul Horn, 69, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, on Sept. 1. • James Worth Nesom, 50, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on Sept. 23. • April Dawn Smith, 27, for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000, on Dec. 2, 2005. |
