GED classes set to register

The next GED test at Gatesville High School will be given Dec. 11- 12. Those wishing to take the test must complete registration Dec. 5 from 5-7:30 p.m. in room 22 at the high school campus.

Bring a current state or federal photo identification (such as Texas driver's license), a Social Security card and the $65 test fee.

Those who failed the test in 2002- 07 and need to retest one or more parts will pay $10 for each part to retest. It must have been six months since the last attempt, or the testtaker must have been to GED classes and have a note from the instructor saying it is time to retest.

There are other qualifications for those under age 18.

Participants should bring a registration receipt and photo ID.
