Lampasas City Council will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers to consider awarding a bid for the Hanna Springs Swimming Pool project, and will consider both a proposed sale of water treatment and pipeline capacity by Kempner Water Supply Corporation and a proposed contract for joint elections with the county.
