Women's Aglow meeting set at Holiday Inn Express
Lampasas Aglow, a Community Lighthouse of Aglow International, will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express.
Gabriele Delgado, president of Killeen Aglow, will be the speaker.
A native of Germany, Mrs. Delgado earned her American citizenship in 1967.
She is the author of "A Love Story," a book of poetry in English, German and Spanish.
Mrs. Delgado is a member of Christian House of Prayer and is a licensed minister of CCI International. As a volunteer chaplain, she has served at the Mountain View Prison Unit in Gatesville for several years.
Mrs. Delgado was involved with March for Jesus in Copperas Cove and has served on the Killeen Aglow Lighthouse Board since its inception in 1978.
She also has served on the Fort Hood Board and the Heart of Texas Area Aglow Board.
Mrs. Delgado and her husband, Graviel, who retired from the Army after 24 years of service, have three sons and six grandchildren.
