Lometa ISD board to meet on Thursday

The Board of Trustees of the Lometa Independent School District will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at the school library for a lengthy agenda.

Consideration of the 2006-07 audit and budget amendments top the agenda.

Other items include honoring the Williams House Emergency Shelter's request to not include its students in Lometa's UIL activities, and discussion of a ballot resolution for the Lampasas County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

Trustees also will hear reports from principals, the campus II director and Superintendent David Rice.

The meeting is open to the public.
