Mrs. Hanzelka

Graveside services for Doris Marie Hanzelka, 83, of Lampasas were Nov. 11, 2007, at Taylor City Cemetery.

Mrs. Hanzelka died Nov. 8 at Rollins Brook Community Hospital.

She was born June 17, 1924, in Taylor, the daughter of Frank and Maggie Howard Speegle.

She was married to Alphonse Hanzelka.

Mrs. Hanzelka was a licensed vocational nurse.

Survivors include a son, Rick Hanzelka, of Lampasas; daughters, Alana Palacios, of Austin, and Amber Sorenson, of Lake Jackson; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; by three siblings; and by a grandchild.
