      The report from the Nov. 7 sale at Lampasas Cattle Auction is as follows. Cattle and calves: Estimated receipts 738 compared to 1,155 last week and 976 last year. Feeder steers and heifers, $3-$5 lower; slaughter cows and bulls steady.
