Top ghoul
Isiah Torres scares judge Jan Butts into awarding him a first-place ribbon in the 9- to 12-year-old age division during the costume contest staged by Project Graduation for the Lampasas High School Class of 2008. A number of activities included football toss, face painting, cake walk, hay rides, golf putting and balloons. Funds raised will defray costs of Project Grad, an all-night event for graduating seniors.
