FFA to host San Saba District Leadership Contest Monday

Lampasas FFA will host the annual San Saba FFA District Leadership Contest Monday at 3 p.m. at Lampasas High School, consisting of 13 individual competitions.

Schools participating in leadership skills with LHS include Eden, Lometa, Marble Falls, San Saba, Mullin, Llano, Star, Burnet, Brady, Richland Springs and five other chapters.

Various educators and business personnel will serve as judges, and a meal will be served at 5 p.m.

The Lampasas chapter will field teams in Farm Skills, Junior and Senior Chapter Conducting, Public Relations, Senior Quiz, Junior Quiz, Senior Creed, Junior Creed, Job Interview, Ag Issues and Farm Radio.

The top teams will advance to the Area 7 FFA Leadership contest Nov. 14 in Seguin.
