Hendrickson drops JV White

Edward Grant's 2-yard touchdown run in the third quarter pulled the Badgers within 7-6, but Pflugerville Hendrickson's junior varsity scored a fourth-quarter touchdown to hold off the LHS JV White, 14-6, on Thursday.

"We came out flat and never could get into a good flow," coach Stephen Hermesmeyer said.

The White will play host to Cedar Park Vista Ridge at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

Hendrickson 9th 30, LHS 9th White 6: Hendrickson scored a touchdown in every quarter to roll past the Badgers last week in Pflugerville.

Ryan Peter scored on a 2-yard run for the Badgers.

Dripping Springs 7th 40, LMS 7th Blue 6: Marcus Kehoe recorded 64 of his 110 rushing yards on the Badgers' lone touchdown as the Badgers fell to 2-3 in district play,

Jake Terry had 26 rushing yards and eight tackles. John Cole Vann forced and recovered a fumble.

The Blue lost 26-13 last week against Marble Falls. Kehoe threw a TD pass to Byler Lindeman, and Jake Terry scored on the ground.

Dripping Springs 12, LMS 7th White 0: The White lost its second straight game on Monday, moving the ball successfully on the ground but failing to convert drives into points.

Last week, the White lost 20-7 to Marble Falls. Chris Monroe scored on a 10-yard run.
