Mrs. Hatter

Lois Hatter, 79, of Lometa died Oct. 27, 2007, at a San Antonio nursing home.

Funeral services are Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas. Burial will follow at Lometa City Cemetery.

Mrs. Hatter was born May 4, 1928, in Stanton, the daughter of Joseph Coleman and Lottie Alice McMurray Bryant.

She married Fred H. Hatter on July 31, 1965, in San Antonio, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hatter was a dental assistant for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda George, of Kingsland; three sons, Cy Hatter, of New Mexico, Greg Bland, of Moffat, and Alan Bland, of San Antonio; and a niece, Shirley Carlile, and husband, Jarvis, of Lampasas, and their children.

The family requested memorials be made to Vitas Hospice of San Antonio.
