Early voting continues

Early voting in the Nov. 6 election that includes 16 constitutional amendments and $20 million in bond funding for construction of a new county jail continues through Nov. 2 each weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the office of the County Elections Administrator, 412 S. Live Oak on Courtyard Square.

Thus far, 109 persons have voted early.

The last day to apply for a ballot by mail is Tuesday.

On election day, voters will be able to cast ballots from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at several polling places in the county. Several boxes have been combined for election day.
